Simple Life does not issue any refunds. We accept returns and exchanges except for clearance items. For returns we provide an E-gift card.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNED ITEMS
(i) the items(s) were not on sale;
(ii) your return is made within seven (7) business days after receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. Read the procedure below.
(iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you. Once the goods are received by us, we will apply the value of your purchase price as an E-gift card to your customer account, less the original shipping & handling charges. All returns must be made pursuant to the specific return procedure specifically set forth on the Site . You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs on returned items, unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment . Your E-gift card will be credited back to your customer account.
The gift cards do not expire. Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition. Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. No exceptions will be granted.
PROCEDURE
Please contact us within 7 business days of placing your order if you intend to return any items. A staff member must be notified of the return and an RA number issued in order for the return to be processed. Any return without an RA number will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Packages must be sent out within 7 business days after receiving an RA number. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. If exchanging an item, customer will also be responsible for any additional shipping at the time of exchange. Items returned without notice and/or after the 7 business day time frame will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within three business days of reception. As soon as the return has successfully been processed, we will e-mail a confirmation of return and issue an E-Gift Card to your account.
