FLAX began as Angelheart Designs in the 1980s in an old dairy barn outside of Ithaca, New York. All their clothes are made of lovely medium and light linen. Their clothes fit real women, comfortably and with style.
Stitched to every label is an affirmation message inspired by customers and employees — a small but meaningful touch that makes each garment feel personal.
FLAX uses their own sizing system (Petite, 1, 2, 3) rather than traditional S/M/L. Their clothes are designed to fit a wide range of bodies with ease and flow. Use the bust measurement as your primary guide.
