Simple Life accepts returns according to the guidelines below. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
Eligible returns must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order. Customers must contact us before sending any merchandise back to receive return authorization.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with original tags attached and original packaging included.
Sale items, and final sale purchases are not eligible for return.
Approved returns will be issued as an online store credit/e-gift card. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow time for returned merchandise to be received and inspected before store credit is issued.
